The Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic (Czech Arbitration Court) invites all experts who fulfill the criteria indicated below and who would like to be considered as Panelists for .eu ADR to submit their CVs in English by e-mail to the following address: adreu@arbcourt.cz.

Criteria for the selection of Panelists

Educational and Professional qualifications: university degree, e.g. LL.M, LL.D in Law in one of the member countries of the European Union allowing him to be admitted with a local bar or a similar professional body of trade mark attorneys in one member country of the European Union and related practice in one member country of the European Union at least.

Position: Attorney-at-Law, Trade Mark Attorney, University Professor, Arbitrator, Lecturer.

Languages: English plus a minimum of one other official language of the EU.

Area of Specialization: IP (trademarks, copyrights), IT, Litigation, Computer Law, Media and Communication Law, Unfair Competition,.

Experience: Legal experience in areas of IT, IP, experience with respect to domain names, experience in litigation (as a judge or attorney), in arbitration or mediation - related to Domain Names (WIPO, Regional Boards of Appeal for Domain Names, etc.), ICC, regional arbitration institutes, pre-arbitration, or at least training for arbitrators organized by the above-mentioned ADR Centers.

Membership in professional bodies:
International: AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property), INTA (International Trademark Association), CLA (Computer Law Association), IFCLA (International Federation of Computer Law Associations), ITLE (IT Law Europe), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, LICD (International League of Competition Law), AFDIT (Association of Computer and New Technologies Law), ALAI (International Literary and Artistic Association), ECTA (European Communities Trademark Association), MARQUES (Association of European Trademark Owners), etc.

Regional: BMM (Benelux Trademark Association), APRAM (Association Francaise des praticiens en droit des marques et des modeles), NVVIR (Netherlands Association of Trademark and Model and Design Attorneys), French Association of Computer and Telecommunication Law, Finnish Industrial Property Association, etc.

Publications: Articles in IP and computer law reviews, and publications.
